Effect of Quality Standards in Health Care Services on the Motivation of Employees; An Implementation at Private Hospitals within the Province of Istanbul

Aim: This study aims to evaluate the effect of quality in health standards implemented at institutions on motivation healthcare professionals.Method: The universe this consists 202 professionals working private Medicana Bahçelievler Hospital operating European Side Istanbul with 898 approval number date 12.03.2019. In research, responses participants for questions questionnaire were analyzed by use AMOS 24.0, and SPSS Windows 22.00 programs. sub-dimensions care services (QSH), employees (ME), being scales used determined exploratory factor analysis, then crosscheck these dimensions was performed confirmatory analysis. Thereafter, values Cronbach’s alpha, reliability coefficient, composite reliability, convergence validity calculated. (QSH) (ME) examined through a structural equation model implicit variables. And comparison all as per demographic attributes searched one-way analysis variance (ANOVA), independent samples t-tests.Results: As result it has been observed that have significant positive employee motivation. It found managerial processes dimension affects way using only psychological social tools, but economic tools organizational among does not affect employee. However, is seen do educational which are motivational positively significantly organizational-managerial tools.Conclusion: According health, affected direction their education experiences increase. increase age affecting wasn’t gender employees.
